ATA Martial Arts has been an amazing blessing! I joined the Adult Martial Arts class at the ATA Martial Arts school because I wanted to support my children. I figured, if they saw me do it then anyone can do it! Surprisingly, Taekwondo has given me a new perspective on how I conduct my life. I have more confidence, I'm motivated, and I'm appreciative of what my body is capable of. I am no longer limited by using excuses such as my age (36 yrs), my role in life (wife and mother of 3), or my demeanor. I have so much to learn as a green belt, but I am loving the journey. Thank you ATA Martial Arts!!

I am a single mother of three boys, working full time, and the ATA Martial Arts has been a big part of my life. I can't tell you enough how it has helped with my sons. Over the past 4+ years they have learned self control, Respect, and amazing leadership skills!! My sons are growing into fine young men!! I'm so proud of them and thankful to evoryone at ATA Martial Arts.

We love ATA Martial Arts! Aidan loves going and this is the first time he has ever gotten serious about an activity. I think the self-defense/stranger danger classes are excellent!
